This time round, i went and experienced a full course Chinese meal. The location of the restaurant is on the 4th floor in Midlands. It's a typical chinese restaurant, but was quite famous for some time. It was pretty stale in taste and the sauce that was given does not match the taste. The pork slices are actually kinda...hard and the dish must have been prepared in a hurry.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Neeeext! The shark's fin soup here is actually not too shabby, but the contents on the soup was a bit...too much. Couldn't recognise most of the ingredients there and makes the soup very filling. Overally not bad.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;And the moment we've been waiting for: Roasted Pork with buns&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;a href="http://bp1.blogger.com/_dxBr40IGSqA/SI3dHT91_wI/AAAAAAAAAFI/_-JlUsaevmM/s1600-h/CIMG1727.JPG"&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5228077860135501570" style="CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://bp1.blogger.com/_dxBr40IGSqA/SI3dHT91_wI/AAAAAAAAAFI/_-JlUsaevmM/s320/CIMG1727.JPG" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;A look of it already made my day over here worth it. The crispy skin is nicely done with satisfying taste of it is just nice. The buns just add to the flavor. It looks like a lot to eat, but unfortunately only the skin is edible and you only get a few pieces per person. The fish that was served was a bit...overcooked. It doesn't taste as fresh as it was supposed to be though. Nothing too special.
